ANDREW DOQUILE,
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Andrew has worked in the Financial Services sector for more than 30 years and has led The Advice Exchange in the role of Managing Director for the last 10 years.

With a focus on the distribution, designing, and developing of adviser and dealership propositions, he has worked for AXA Australia (formerly National Mutual) in the 1990s with responsibility for structuring distribution and dealership propositions. He was also instrumental in the restructure of general agency principles enabling advisers to choose their own dealership proposition.

Subsequently, Andrew contributed to the dealer propositions for Financial Service Partners and Inscorp, followed by a period at Wealthpoint Financial Services. He was then the General Manager for Tandem Financial Advice from 2002 to 2007.

Andrew has a number of academic qualifications, including a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Economics, and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

PAMELA NICOLAIDES,
senior paraplanner

Pam has been in the financial services industry for over 14 years and is the Head of Paraplanning for the network. Pam completed her Diploma in Financial Planning in 2008.

Pam gained extensive expertise across a wide range of financial advice areas, including wealth accumulation, retirement planning, aged care, risk protection, Centrelink and taxation. Pam worked for both large institutions and small businesses and understands the importance of quality advice.

Pam takes pride in designing wealth creation strategies, excelling in technical and strategic knowledge. Being team player she enjoys sharing her knowledge by delivering appropriate solutions to improve business processes and procedures.

Outside of work Pam enjoys trivia nights coupled with good food and wine.

 
 
 

TAMARA HARRINGTON,
head of client services

Tamara has extensive customer service experience spanning across 15 years in the financial services industry. Starting as a Risk Assessment Administrator with a large life insurance company, Tamara progressed into leadership positions that has seen her manage teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Tamara loves speaking with clients and aims to provide a positive customer experience each and every time.
