DNR MDA Annual review SOA

Legislation mandates that advisers review the suitability of clients’ Investment Programs at least every 13 months. Furthermore, DNR Capital requires clients invested via a MDA to receive an annual Statement of Advice confirming that the investment remains appropriate to their circumstances.

At review, advisers must also file note that alternative products have been considered and advisers must retain comparison research on file.
